Stop cars travelling down high street

Footpath signs have been removed please can they be re-instated

This is supposed to be a footpath but the landowner has taken the footpath sighs down & has signs up saying private road. Can the council please re-instate the footpath signs & let the landowner know this is a public footpath please

There are narrow, main roads that are very busy. It is unsafe & scary to try & cycle this area, any cycleways would help make this area more accessible.

This part of the cycle/walkway has no barrier between the A3 and pedestrians.

The pavement is being taken over by the hedges along this part of the road. It has been cleared back previously but looks like it could be cut back further to make it easier to walk down.

The walkway across the A3 for pedestrians & cyclists is extremely dangerous as the road is so fast. Could a tunnel be put in under the road to make access to Windmill Hill & the footpaths on that side of the South Downs easier please before ... [more]

Pavement is too narrow to allow social distancing and road is too a dangerous rat run to safely step briefly into it. Changing the usage to a cycleway and access only allocation would improve 2 areas in one go.

Light phasing is in favour of road users not pedestrians making crossing irrelevant. Rephase to ensure lights respond to button press within 2 seconds.

Complicated and badly thought out crossing for cyclists wanting to avoid the one way system. Contra flow route to N end of College Street needed.

Pavement damaged by regular blocking by parked cars. Bollards need to be extended the full length of Lavant Street - Quick and easy solution to hazardous pavement.

Currently the bike lane just ends at the bottom of a steep, blind hill when heading north. Forcing you to take a risk to rejoin the carridgeway. Extending the cycle lane or making a proper crossing would be really useful.

Currently people use Castle Road as rat run at great speed. Due to on street parking they vary rarely wait and try and squeeze through. I'd like to see it blocked off at the Main road end. People can still get to the village using Redhill ... [more]

Currently parents are having to drive to school as there is no safe way to cycle with young children. Throughout a lot of the village pavements are one-sided meaning you have to step in to the road to avoid people and you can't cycle alongs ... [more]

Narrow pavement made worse for social distancing by trapping pedestrians on it by bollards along gutter

Dual carriageway although it can easily be brought down to one lane each way. enough room for a wonderful cycle lane and walking pavement .

Better and safer option for cyclists needed here as a busy roundabout

Make it safer for cyclists to cycle along Ramshill and to navigate the junction at Tor Way

A cycle path to allow cyclists to go against the 1-way traffic system and then link up with the existing cycle path further down College St

A cycle path for families trying to get to the infants school by bike

Much of the A31 is dual carriageway with no provision for cyclists. Space could be found for a cyclepath without affecting the dual carriageway

Badly designed blind corner on cycleway. Realign with space taken from roadway. Would have added benefit of improving driver safety by imposing correct, safe, line through left hand bend.

Traffic is bounding along at 70mph with no safety barriers between pedestrians and cyclest, path needs to be slightly wider to accomodate both easily.

A lot of pedestrians cross here - a very dangerous crossroads

The cobbled strips across the road in this area may look pretty but are very rough to cycle across and are very slippery when wet.

This is an extremely dangerous roundabout that needs cycle priority lanes and traffic calming to 20mph. Cars speeding from the old brewery do not see cyclists approaching or on the roundabout

Badly designed blind corner on cycleway. Realign with space taken from roadway. Would have added benefit of improving driver safety by imposing correct, safe, line through left hand bend.

Single lane in both directions. Cycleway needed to travel to and from Horndean to Rowlands Castle. Speed limited should be reduced to 30 MPH anyway.

Badly designed blind corner on cycleway. Realign with space taken from roadway. Would have added benefit of improving driver safety by imposing correct, safe, line through left hand bend.

Congested with little free parking. Cars blocking pavement at Townhouse. Close to private motor vehicles during working hours at least _ Insufficient onstreet parking support shopping argument - replace with more cycle parking along length ... [more]

Irrelevant and wasteful section of cycleway. Remove.

Persistent parking on cycleway and path forcing cyclists into road. Needs bollards on pavement and enforcement.

Frequent parking in permanent cycleway. Needs raised separation from rest of road.

Repeated blocking of the pavement on the North side of Park Road - Bollards needed at pavement ends and corners of driveways

A cycle path is needed on the B3002 from Headley Down to Grayshott. The two locations are within easy cycling distance but the road is quite busy and narrow especially around the Applegarth area.

The unsurfaced area around the underpass under the A3 and between it and the cycle route through Bramshott is the only section of the cycle route between Petersfield, Liphook and Hindhead which is not suitable for road bikes. Can it please ... [more]

Close Brockham Hill Lane to through motor vehicles - narrow, poor sight lines, other routes are available, popular with pedestrians and cyclists

Between Tarn Rise and White Dirt Lane left hand side trees have overgrown in places tumbling into the road making it impossible to walk on this side without stepping into the road itself which is quite dangerous as some of the places have r ... [more]

The constant car parking on the road opposite cedar crescent is right over the painted cycles, and causes a hazard when combined with uphill section and left hand bend. Ban parking here please.

The cyclepath stops at the traffic lights and does not allow children to cycle to the schools on Merchiston Road

Key route from Clanfield to horndean for shops, and further afield to Waterlooville for people cycling, yet no provision. It needs some.

Car parking in south/west lane regularly means people cycling north are being aggressively driven at by some who think that might = right. Please can the parking be removed to make this more comfortable

Narrow footway, unable to socially distance. Please can we get something done here?

Would be great if people could walk/cycle all the way down this right of way but it is very narrow in parts making social distancing impossible. Could be a great route for people to access Morrisons and avoid main roads

Narrow cycle lane is really bad design - can we get something much better please to enable kids to cycle to school and QECP and back?

Very narrow footpath, heavily used by people exercising, and due to speed of vehicles feels very unsafe stepping into the road.

This is a potential key commuter route from Horndean/North Waterlooville area to havant, but really, really scary as fast and no cycle track or footpath. Please can we get one?

Really narrow, dangerous cycle lane on uphill section encourages close passes, and isn't fit for purpose. Please can we get it widened somehow?

Really narrow footpath next to really busy road, and really narrow cycle path. Needs improvement.

Awful cycle route design that pushes cyclists into lane at uphill section with heavy motor vehicle use, resulting in some very scary incidents. Please can we the cycle lane extended?

Busy road with no cycling provision, and due to width of road when travelling south can cause lead to some really hairy moments. I just want to cycle to Waterlooville. Please can we get some cycle lanes here?

Needs modal filter to prevent rat running

Widen Footpath - very narrow, unable to socially distance

Another of those lunatic locations where cyclists are expected to switch to right-hand riding to proceed in a straight line.

This was installed over ten years ago with money from developer's contributions. It has always been an inadequate cycle lane, but all I can say now is that I hope there are plans to resurface it. We've been having to cycle on this for far ... [more]

This is where cyclists are expected to leave the road and continue on an off-road stretch of cycle path which is still under construction (Nov 2014). As can be seen from the photo, the proposed cycle path is just the existing pavement and ... [more]

Horrible pinchpoints along a short section of the A339 make this bad road even worse for cycling. The width of the pinch point is perfect for drivers to attempt to pass unless you 'take the lane' which is something that is unacceptable to a ... [more]
